After you place your order at lilisrose.com, our team begins preparing your beauty essentials with attention and precision. All orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, which includes:

  • Performing a final quality check

  • Securely packaging your items with love

During high-volume periods (such as holidays or new product launches), processing may take an extra day or two. If there is any delay, we’ll notify you right away via email to keep you updated.


🚚 Shipping Timeframes

Once your order ships, delivery time will vary based on the method selected at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3–5 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1–2 business days

Total Estimated Delivery Time = Processing Time (1–3 business days) + Shipping Time
So, you can generally expect:

✉️ Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order ships, we’ll email you a Shipping Confirmation with your tracking number. You can use this to follow your package all the way to your door. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to become active in the carrier's system.

💔 Damaged or Lost Packages

At LILISROSE, we package all orders securely to protect your products—but once the order leaves our facility, the carrier is responsible for delivery.

If your package arrives damaged (e.g., crushed lipstick box, cracked compact) or appears lost, please:

  1. Contact the shipping carrier immediately with your tracking number to start a claim.

  2. Keep all original packaging and take clear photos of any damage.

  3. Email us at info@lilisrose.com if you need help with the process—we’re happy to assist however we can.


📦 Additional Shipping Notes

  • Business Days: All processing and delivery estimates refer to business days (Monday–Friday). U.S. holidays and weekends are not counted.

  • International Orders: International customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, or any additional import charges as required by local regulations.

  • Shipping Address: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect address submissions.
